Rest. Reconnect. Remember who you are.

Women’s Retreats with Rebecca Dollard

Seasonal somatic retreats for ambitious women and mothers — hosted in Colorado and open to all.

Where women who hold everything finally get to be held.

Twice a year, Rebecca gathers a small circle of women in Colorado’s most peaceful places,  one retreat in Denver each spring and another in Red Feather Lakes each fall.

These weekends are a blend of somatic healing, soulful conversation, incredible food, and deep exhale energy. Every detail is intentional, from the music to the menu, so you can stop taking care of everyone else, and let yourself be cared for.

This is your space to breathe deeply, think clearly, and connect with women who are both ambitious and anchored, driven and deeply present.

Not an escape.
A return.

These retreats are created for women who give, lead, and love deeply, women who are used to showing up for everyone else and are finally ready to refill their own well.

Each retreat blends nervous system healing, intentional rest, and real community, a place where you can drop the to-do list, exhale the noise, and come back home to your body.

Inside you’ll find:

The Seasonal Rhythm

Two Retreats. Two Seasons. One Intention: Wholeness.

SPRING

Spring Retreat
Denver, CO

Expansion & Awakening

The Denver retreat arrives just as the world begins to bloom again. It’s a gentle invitation to stretch back into yourself. To expand your capacity for joy, creativity, and purpose.

Expect somatic practices, embodied movement, guided reflection, and unhurried laughter around the table. You’ll leave feeling both grounded and alive.

FALL

Fall Retreat
Red Feather Lakes, CO

Release & Renewal

Nestled in the mountain pines, the Red Feather Retreat is a soulful exhale before winter. You’ll release what’s been heavy, gather what’s still true, and return home feeling restored, not just relaxed.

Evenings by the fire, nourishing meals, and quiet time in nature offer space to reconnect with your rhythm and remember what truly matters.

What's Included

Every detail is designed for deep care

You’ll be guided through:

  • Somatic and breathwork sessions that calm your body and mind
  • Reflective group coaching and honest conversation
  • Gentle movement and time in nature
  • Beautiful, nourishing meals (you won’t lift a finger)
  • Thoughtful welcome gifts and cozy touches
  • Integration tools to carry your calm home with you

You’ll have space to rest alone and connection that fills you up. These weekends feel less like a program, and more like coming home to your favorite women.

Who It’s For

For women with full calendars and full hearts.

You might be a mother who’s craving space to remember who she is

You might be a business leader feeling the pressure to always be “on”

You might be in transition —between seasons, identities, or next steps

You’ve built a life that looks good on paper.

This retreat helps you feel good in it.

Why It’s Different

Less performing. More presence.

Many retreats fill your schedule; this one fills your soul.

Rebecca weaves somatic practices, leadership wisdom, and deep hospitality into every detail.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about feeling more like you.

You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll nap. You’ll eat the most nourishing food you’ve had in months.

And you’ll leave surrounded by women who become lifelong friends, your new “board of calm, capable, honest women.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the retreats held?

Spring retreats are hosted in Denver, CO, and Fall retreats in Red Feather Lakes, just north of Fort Collins. Both are within easy reach of Denver International Airport.

Ambitious, heart-led women, business owners, therapists, leaders, and mothers who are craving real rest and meaningful connection.

Do I need experience with somatic or breathwork practices?

Each retreat is intentionally small (10–14 women) to allow for intimacy, presence, and personalized care.

Absolutely. Most women do, and they leave with lifelong friends.

Step away. Slow down. Let yourself be cared for.

For one weekend, the world can wait. For one weekend, rest deeply, eat beautifully, and sit in circle with women who see you, women who are doing life with the same heart and intensity you are.

Come home to your body.

Come home to yourself.

The rest of your life will thank you.
